Ravana in you.

Kama (lust)
Krodha (anger)
Moha (delusion)
Lobha (greed)
Mada (pride)
Maatsarya (envy)
Buddhi (intellect)
Manas (mind)
Chitta (will)
Ahamkara (ego)

Success in spiritual journey depends on how a person controls these emotions.

One who is driven by these emotions is called Human.

One who wishes to overcome these emotions is called Ideologist.

And one who actually overcomes these emotions is called Mystic (Yogi).

In the case of Ravana, Sita was the object of his senses, which ultimately became his path to conclusion.

You cannot always suppress these emotions, what you can do is to avoid the conclusion which Ravana had.
