Hardest choice a person can ever have to make is to choose between people.

Surrounding yourself with people better than you is always a choice, which might lead to unlock your true potential .

Or else if you surrounding yourself with people who are your replication, they'll have nothing to contribute to your life /career , which might lead you to self admiration and stunted growth .

Now it doesn't seem that hard to choose.
